These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PDF Manager Android application (package name com.pdfmergerapp) and this website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Manager for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the app to process content you do not have the right to access or modify;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except as permitted by law;
- Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
3. Free tier, Pro subscription, and purchases
Most core tools are free to use. A Pro subscription unlocks advanced features (such as the AI PDF Assistant, OCR, the full converter, unlimited operations, and an ad-free experience). A separate one-time purchase can remove ads only. All payments, renewals, and refunds are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account.
4. Advertising
The free tier is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob (and, on this website, Google AdSense). Ads are subject to the applicable Google policies. You can control personalized advertising through your device and Google account settings.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you process. PDF Manager's core tools run on your device and we do not upload or store your documents. You are solely responsible for the content you create or edit using the Service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (such as compression, OCR, or conversion output) will meet every requirement. Always keep backups of important files.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Manager and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
